Triple A The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees beat the Charlotte Knights by a score of 4-0. Starting for Scranton was Ian Kennedy and he pitched a great game giving up no runs on 1 hit in 7.1 innings along with 8 strike outs for the win. Kennedy doesn't really belong in Triple A, it's all mental for him when he pitches for the big pro club. Replacing Kennedy was Heath Phillips and he pitched a scoreless 1.2 innings on 1 hit.
