TEAMS: Oklahoma State Cowboys, Georgia Bulldogs
We have all seen the rant, coach comes to the defense of his quarterback, and no, we are not talking about Coach Meyer, today we are talking about Mike Gundy, head coach of the Oklahoma State Cowboys. After a 9-4 season in 2008, Gundy begins his fifth season at his alma mater with a 27-23 record as a head coach. No, the 2007 opener in Athens didn’t count as two Ls for Man Gundy. Outside of the above mentioned “I’m a man” rant, what do we know about these orange clad cowboys and their coach? The most fascinating thing I discovered is they had one helluva a punter. Frankly, I was not aware they punted in the Big 12. Apparently some of those swiss cheese defenses were able to stop Zac Robinson and his natural gas, or is it wind, powered offense. In addition to Robinson’s gun slinging, the Pokes present two running backs that both averaged over 6.5 yards per carry last year. I dare not even mention Dez Bryant. So either Man Gundy actually knows a thing or ...

Ex-Oklahoma State TE Named in Rape Allegations
And we thought the worst news to come from Oklahoma State this week would be their refusal to hold a pregame handshake with Georgia. But it turns out a former Cowboys TE is facing rape allegations.
Jamal Mosley had left the OSU program on Tuesday, due to what coach Mike Gundy called “personal reasons”. But those [...]
Ex-OSU Tight End May Have a Problem With Raping People
Earlier this week, sophomore Jamal Mosley up and left the Oklahoma State football team for what head coach Mike Gundy called "personal reasons". Turns out by "personal reasons", he meant "multiple rape allegations". To-may-to, to-mah-to, I guess. Shortly after Mosley left the team, it was learned that he had been accused of raping a woman in his dorm...
Oklahoma State's Key to Supremacy: Defense, Defense, Defense.
The Oklahoma State Cowboys enter the season ranked ninth in the country, the highest in the schools history.
They also bring with them an offense that was ranked third in points per game last season, and probably have the most effective offense trio. Led by senior quarterback Zac Robinson, and juniors Kendall Hunter at tailback and Dez Bryant at receiver.
That's what...
Mamas Won't Let Their Babies Grow Up to Be Bulldogs
If Georgia would have won, my article’s headline may have been “Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy!”
I don’t believe in or agree with my headline for this article, but I love its word play on the famous country song. Mamas and Papas everywhere should be proud to let their babies grow up to be Cowboys, Bulldogs, and even Bleacher Report writers, but not politicians...
