COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) -- Jeremy Hill rushed for a career-high 127 yards and a touchdown, and No. 6 LSU rallied from an early deficit to beat No. 20 Texas A&M 24-19 at Kyle Field on Saturday. Michael Ford also had a touchdown run and Zach Mettenberger threw a TD pass to Kadron Boone for the Tigers (7-1, 3-1 Southeastern Conference). A&M (5-2, 2-2) outplayed the Tigers for much of the first half and led 12-0. But the Aggies gave away two costly turnovers just before halftime, and Boone's diving catch in the end zone with 11 seconds left put LSU up 14-12 at the break. Hill finished off A&M with a 47-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. Johnny Manziel, A&M's dual-threat quarterback, completed 29 of 56 passes for 276 yards, but threw three interceptions.

Video: LSU WR Kadron Boone’s diving, over-the-shoulder touchdown against Texas A&M

Tweet     #6 LSU left Kyle Field in College Station, TX with a 24-19 victory over #18 Texas A&M in large part because their defense forced five turnovers. Offensively the ground game did the majority of the work but quarterback Zach Mettenberger did have a touchdown pass, mostly because of the effort from wide [...]

LSU Tiger wide receiver Kadron Boone makes a spectacular catch

The LSU Tigers are on the road at Texas A&M and started the game slowly trailing 12 – 0 at the start of the 2nd quarter. The Tigers have since rebounded and one of the scoring drives involved this spectacular catch by Kadron Boone. This is easily the best throw LSU quarterback Zach Mettenberger has made this game and possibly this season. What a spectacular grab! HT TheBigLead

LSU and A&M need win to keep pace in SEC West

Sixth-ranked LSU and No. 20 Texas A&M don't have a lot in common. The Tigers (6-1, 2-1 Southeastern Conference) are known for their tremendous defense and the Aggies (5-1, 2-1) succeed with a prolific offense. They do share one thing this season: They have both lost to No. 3 Florida. When the teams meet on Saturday, they'll be out to prove they deserve to be talked...

LSU has an open date before hosting top-ranked Alabama on Nov. 3, ...

Texas A&M’s Johnny Manziel Is Really Hard To Tackle

If “escapability” is a word, then it seems an apt description of Manziel, who’s only a freshman and seems to possess that mythical SEC speed – just ask the LSU Tigers. Even though there’s no TD on this play, it’s utterly ridiculous that this does not result in at least a 10 yard loss. Hopefully nobody creates anything called Manzieling, the fact that broadcasters seemingly...
