The Tide continue to roll regardless of their opponent and it shouldn’t change much in this matchup. The status of All-American quarterback Tyler Wilson is vital for any chance of an upset to be made. Wilson is one of the best in the game, and the offense missed him quite a bit when he left a bit woozy in the first half against Louisiana-Monroe. Freshman Brandon Allen has talent in his young game, but he was obviously nervous and unable to perform anywhere near the same level that Wilson has. Knile Davis was ineffective since the opposition loaded up the box and begged the youngster to throw the pigskin. Look for more of the same in this one since Wilson has still not been cleared to practice with contact (as of Wednesday), Cobi Hamilton and Chris Gragg are the only reliable weapons down the field, which isn’t nearly enough against Kirby Smart’s defense. Slick Nick is looking might fine these days because of his ability to reload with the best of them, and it is funny because their ...

Arkansas to take on Alabama without Tyler Wilson

Arkansas definitely looked like they had a shot to contend in the SEC East this season, and one of the main reasons was their start quarterback, Tyler Wilson. But last week the Razorbacks lost Wilson to an injury, and according to sources he wont play in this weekend’s game. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the #1 ranked Crimson Tide are in town. The Razorbacks already slipped...

Arkansas facing crisis of confidence

The easiest crisis to pinpoint is the quarterback. If Tyler Wilson is less-than-full-speed on Saturday, Arkansas will almost certainly struggle, especially given how dominant Nick Sabans Alabama defense has looked in their first two games. Even playing at home in Fayetteville, and even with running back Knile Davis healthy and stronger than ever, the Hogs are a passing team....

Alabama vs. Arkansas: Three Bold Predictions

There was a time not so long ago where a case could be made that Alabama at Arkansas was the biggest game in the SEC in 2012.Then Bobby Petrino crashed his motorcycle and things changed for Arkansas. While his replacement John L. Smith has had his share of success, he's not Petrino. Especially without quarterback Tyler Wilson. The Razorback lost perhaps the best quarterback...

ULM celebrates Arkansas win with shirt

In order to make their victory even more historic, Louisiana-Monroe has released a commemorative t-shirt. This is more or less, salt in the wound for Arkansas Razorbacks fans. After the thrilling OT loss, Arkansas fell from #8 in the AP Poll rankings to being completely out of the poll. This feat has only been topped by Michigan falling from #5 to unranked after they lost to Appalachian...

Bama showing bigger knack for forcing turnovers

This Alabama defense is one-upping last year's dominant group in at least one regard: forcing turnovers. The top-ranked Crimson Tide (2-0) recovered three fumbles and intercepted four passes in its first two games. Raising those numbers was a big goal for a defense that led the nation in just about every major stat category en route to a national championship last season, but...

College Football Week 2

"Hey boys.  I'll suck your hog for a Tyler Wilson autograph." Ahhhh.  The Iceman and College Football Tuesdays at The MoneyShot.  We go together like rat farts and sewer water.  Like Browns home games and piss filled water balloons.  Like Damman and a brothel full of fat hookers.  You get the idea.  Do you ******* realize...
