Wisconsin can’t wait to see Arizona State in Badger country this weekend. You see Wisconsin has a bit of a bone to pick with ASU QB Steven Threet. Two years ago, Threet helped Michigan produce the largest comeback in Michigan Stadium history…against the Wisconsin Badgers. The Badgers lost a 19-0 halftime lead and went on to lose the game 27-25. Threet was a masterful beast against the Badgers in the second half.
Now Threet has one more chance to stick it to the Badgers. Or, the Badgers have a chance to avenge the terrible second half debacle by the 2008 team. ASU of course is hoping Threet can perform some of that same old magic for them.
But ASU is quite aware this is a very different game than the one played in back. First, Wisconsin was the visiting team in 2008 while at Michigan Stadium.
