Army quarterback Trent Steelman, who has started every game of his college career, won't play against Fordham on Saturday at Michie Stadium. Black Knights coach Rich Ellerson says in a press conference Tuesday that senior Max Jenkins will start for Army (2-5) in place of the junior star, who suffered a lower leg injury late in the first half of Saturday's 44-21 loss at Vanderbilt. Steelman hit the ground hard after being sacked. He did not put any weight on his left foot as he was helped off the field and did not return. Steelman, who has started an academy-record 32 straight games at quarterback, is Army's second-leading rusher with 576 yards and has a team-high 11 rushing touchdowns.
