Making a quarterback change the week before facing LSU's imposing defense may seem unwise - especially after seeing how the top-ranked Tigers handled inexperienced QBs in their last two games. Auburn coach Gene Chizik, however, has decided to give Clint Moseley his first start Saturday when his 19th-ranked Tigers visit LSU, which is looking to open with eight consecutive victories for the first time in nearly 40 years. This will be the third straight week LSU (7-0, 4-0 SEC) faces a quarterback making his first start of the season. The previous two, however, were based on injuries and not a coach's decision. For then-No. 17 Florida on Oct. 8, freshman Jacoby Brissett replaced an injured John Brantley and found little success. LSU limited him to 8 of 14 passing for 94 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions in a 41-11 win.
