Hard to imagine, but as as USC lined up against the UCLA Bruins today, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish were probably the biggest fans of their next week opponent, knowing that they needed a strong Trojan team to aid in their quest for the National Title game.

Notre Dame junior running back Cierre Wood is expected to enter the 2013 NFL draft.
Wood has announced on social media that Saturday was his final home game at Notre Dame Stadium. Woods will graduate prior to April’s draft.
