Wisconsin QB Scott Tolzien and Teammates Hope to Celebrate at the Rose Bowl on Jan. 1. The Big 10 Bowl picture is starting to take shape, barring major monkey wrenches. With Wisconsin, Michigan State and Ohio State tied atop the conference standings with 5-1 records, the final two games will sort things out. If all three teams win out and there is a three-way tie, the highest ranked BCS team goes to Pasedena for the Rose Bowl  berth. Right now that would be Wisconsin which is ranked No. 7, followed by Ohio St. at No. 9 and Michigan St. at No. 11. If there is a two-way tie, the winner of a head to head game would go to the Rose. Here is a scenario for each of the three. Michigan St. plays Purdue and Penn St, both winnable games. They need Ohio State to lose a game so they can be tied in a two-way race with Wisconsin.
