Kansas head coach Turner Gill took part in the weekly Big 12 coaches teleconference Monday, and Phog.net was on the line. During the 10-minute session, Gill discussed dealing with the emotions of the Baylor loss, the difficulty of containing Robert Griffin III and getting the emergence of Bradley McDougald.
