A look at top draft prospects in Wednesday's two bowl games:
Holiday Bowl: Nebraska vs. Arizona
Ndamukong Suh, DT, Nebraska. He is a lock to be a top-three pick in the April draft and could well be the No. 1-overall selection. He shows good athleticism, strength and instincts to make big plays all over the field. Scouts are interested to see how he handles playing in a bowl game that has little meaning. Is he able to maintain focus and be his normally dominant self, or will he coast a bit?
Devin Ross, CB, Arizona. He is a top-flight cornerback but has not been seen by many people east of the Rocky Mountains. He is an elite athlete with the physical talent to become a good NFL starter who makes big plays in coverage and in run support. Scouts are still concerned by his lack of ideal size (5-10, 177) and want to see how he fares against a physical team like Nebraska rather than the athletic Pac-10 opponents he is used to facing.
