With Maryland transfer R.J. Dill officially announcing Rutgers today, ScarletReport.com caught up with his former head coach at Trinity High School (Mechanicsburg, Pa.) Jeff Boger. Boger, who now coaches at Milton Hershey (Hershey, Pa.) remains close with Dill and offered his take on what the offensive lineman can give the Scarlet Knights next season.

Maryland has hired former New Mexico coach Mike Locksley to be its offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.
