Sporting News staff reports Wide receiver Justin Feagin was kicked off the Michigan football team last month for his involvement in a cocaine deal, the Detroit Free Press reports.   Wolverines coach Rich Rodriguez said in July that Feagin had been dismissed "for a violation of team rules" but did not elaborate.   Feagin told a fellow Michigan student in need of money, T.J. Burke, that he could arrange a shipment of cocaine through a contact in his home state of Florida, according to the report, which cited police reports. Burke, who intended to deal the cocaine, gave Feagin $600 around Thanksgiving last year, but the shipment never arrived.   Feagin never repaid Burke, who became increasingly angry. Last March, he got drunk and set a plastic bottle filled with gasoline on fire in front of Feagin's dorm room, according to the report.
