Congressmen Neil Abercrombie, D-Hawaii; Lynn Westmoreland, R-Ga; and Mike Simpson, R-Idaho believe the BCS is an illegal enterprise. No, not because they never get the playoffs right. Because it is unfair, restricting non-BCS schools from competing for the title and a large share of the money.
