Gannon Conway has played the underdog role for three years at ASU but in the spring he showed that he can shed that tag. For all 15 practices, Conway has helped anchor the Sun Devil starting defensive line this spring, trying to make a case for more playing time in 2013. And while a number of newcomers are perhaps candidates to unseat him, don't expect Conway to go down without a fight.
