Paris Cotton had a career day in CMU’s 52-14 win over Eastern Michigan, running the ball 20 times for 196 yards and 3 scores, he also caught three balls for 37 yards. However, it could have been better, since Cotton also had two fumbles, though one was recovered by CMU, the one he lost was on the 3 yard line as he was about to score. Still Cotton had a great game and he was the key factor in CMU’s easy conference win. Zurlon Tipton playing in his first game of the year after a two game suspension for a violation of team rules also had 11 carries for 53 yards and a touchdown as it was clear that CMU wanted to run the ball better against Eastern then they have so far this season.
Ryan Radcliff also had a nice day throwing the ball for CMU finishing 15 for 23 for 255 and 2 scores. CMU defense also got in to the act as they have a fumble return for a touchdown. Eastern did hang around for awhile, as it was only 21-7 CMU at halftime, but the second half belong to the visitin...
