Clemson Tigers head football coach Dabo Swinney celebrated his team's 25-24 come-from-behind victory in the Chick-fil-A Bowl on New Year's Eve by picking up ESPN reporter Jeannine Edwards and giving her a big hug. Swinney was clearly excited after Clemson won the game by kicking a field goal as time expired, and Edwards had positioned herself behind Swinney for a postgame interview as he exchanged postgame pleasantries with LSU coach Les Miles. Edwards couldn't help but laugh from being caught by surprise when Swinney turned around and lifted her up in the air while hugging her. Edwards admitted it was the first time she ever had a head coach pick her up in the air and hug her like that. As we certainly don't see this happen every day, Edwards shouldn't have to worry about this happening again anytime soon. H/T LBS. • Dabo Swinney is a joke! He owes his wife and Jeanine Edwards an apology for his terrible behavior in picking her up and hugging her. That would not have happened if a male reporter were there. I have lost all respect. For this male chauvinist *******!
