Dez Bryant Missing Full Preseason, Despite Tweets Otherwise

After all, until Tuesday, Bryant hadn't practiced since spraining his right ankle. The first-round draft choice, who had tweeted two days earlier that he would play against the Dolphins, had missed 31 days, way too much time for one game on the field to erase. "He's missed a lot of time," said receivers coach Ray Sherman. "You've got to get yourself back in that condition, so we've just got to make sure that when he does get on the field for a ball game that he's ready to go."
