Multiple sources are reporting that the Philadelphia Eagles have acquired stand-out Buffalo Bills left tackle Jason Peters, according to ESPN.com. Peters has agreed to a four-year extension worth $53 million that will pay him $11 million per year, and with two years remaining on his Bills contract, Peters will make a total of $60 million over the next six years. He was fined $600,000 after missing mandatory mini-camp along with training camp in a contract dispute with the Bills last year, and did not receive a new deal. In return for Peters, Buffalo will receive a first-round pick (28th selection overall), a fourth-round pick in next weekend's draft, and a sixth-round pick in 2010. The Eagles still have the 21st overall pick and 12 picks total in the draft. At 6-foot-4 and 328 pounds, the 2-time Pro Bowler Peters just completed his sixth season and is scheduled to make $3.375 million in 2009.
