The Florida Seminoles and Boston College took after it on Saturday. The game included a cat and mouse kind of energy to it. Boston College went for the cat position early in the game, and well that left FUS on the short side of a faulty start.Jamie Winston waves his arm to signal Kenny Shaw to go long, and magic occurs with the heave of his arm the freshman delivered the ball right on the money. Winston threw for four touchdowns, to include the 55-yard score just as time ran out. He proved to be the mighty cat in this game of cat and mouse. At the start of the game Boston came out with claws and ready to pounce and it worked, they had a 14 point lead even before the Seminoles scored the next three touchdowns. Winston definitely pciked up the pace and stepped to the plate. He completed 17 out of 28 passes for 330 yards while also, running 14 times to add 67 more to his achievments for the day. FSU defense started on a rocky start, they came out not expecting for Boston College to play as hard as they did. "They came out firing" Shaw said. The Eagles (2-2, 1-1) took a 17-3 lead in the first quarter,it was a big swing of emotions, like you got the mouse by the tail, and then oops, where did it go?. Leading then going into the half with a 17-17 score. Chase Retting completed 19 out of 29 passes for 197 yards and a career high of four touchdowns for BC which includes a 57-yard score to Miles Willis that cut a three-score game and brought it back to 38-27.It continued to be a who bulit the better mousetrap, in the end of this matchup, FSU rallies after a very slow start, and a few captures, to beat BC, 48-27.
