ESPN claims Jameis Winston will address the media tonight Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston, the leading candidate to win the Heisman trophy, is at the center of a sexual assault investigation. Yes, the same Jameis Winston who made waves this summer when he said he didn’t suffer from “Manziel Disease,” could very well be dealing with his own off-the-field incidents and legal problems, a la Manziel. So winning the Heisman won’t be the only thing Jameis Winston and Johnny Manziel have in common. For more I turn it over to SB Nation Florida State, otherwise known as Tomahawk Nation. Here is the police report concerning an alleged sexual battery incident from December 7, 2012. The Tallahassee Police Department has received several requests from local and national media for a case TPD received on December 7th, 2012, of an alleged sexual battery. The unidentified suspect is between 5’9 and 5’11, and 240 pounds, among other details. However, TMZ is claiming that the subject of the investigation is Jameis Winston, and that he has already been interviewed. Jameis Winston is 6’4 and 235 pounds, a good half foot taller than the alleged suspect. The police report claims that the investigation is ongoing. Paul M.
