Holy Moses! McCray suffers ACL tear

As preseason football kicks off, every team is subject to injuries. This past weekend, Florida State lost defensive lineman Moses McCray on Saturday and RB Tavares Pressley on Friday. Both players tore their ACL during non-contact drills. Pressley’s injury, though grave, is not much of a loss to the Seminoles as he was buried in the depth chart and was used sparingly as a 4th string reserve back. The 6’0, 200 lbs back only amassed 40 yards on the ground last season. This is his second torn ACL in 3 seasons. Let’s hope he is getting a good education at FSU because his football playing days may have come to an end. Unfortunately, Moses McCray’s injury will be felt on the defensive line as he is a stud tackle. The 6’2, 316 lbs junior was the biggest and most experienced tackle on the field who is destined to play in Sundays.
