The university said Tuesday that Wulff was let go after four years at the helm.

Paul Wulff coached the Cougars to 40 losses spread out over the last four seasons, throw in four Apple Cup losses as well, and its easy to see why AD Bill Moos made the change today in Pullman. Paul Wulff was fired today by Washington St. University.
PULLMAN – Paul Wulff said he will always remain a proud alum of Washington State, but Wulff was clearly not proud of school officials after he was fired Tuesday with one year left on his five-year contract.
