Sophomore running back Jordan Todman leads UConn in rushing and, along with teammates and coaches, has helped the program through college football's most turbulent season. The Huskies have grieved the October death of defensive back Jasper Howard and lost five games by a combined 15 points. Todman ran for 130 yards and a touchdown—which he celebrated in curious fashion—and also scored on a 96-yard kickoff return in Saturday's double-overtime win at Notre Dame.
