Iowa State coach Paul Rhoads has been issued a public reprimand for his comments after the Cyclones' 31-30 home loss to Texas on Thursday. He will not be fined. "Coach Rhoads violated Conference rules that prohibit coaches, student-athletes, athletic department staff and university personnel from making public comments about game officials," Bowlsby said in a release.
