Tonight features a matchup between teams from the Big East and the Big 12 conferences.
The Iowa State Cyclones look to stay undefeated as they head east to take on the Connecticut Huskies at Rentschler Field. The Cyclones are coming off a triple overtime victory against their in-state rivals, while the Huskies lost a close one on the road to Vanderbilt last week.
This is final nonconference game for Iowa State and will be their first tough road game of the season.
Iowa State begins playing nine conference games this season and it is important for them to head into those tough Big 12 games undefeated if they want to make it to a bowl game this season.
