Lombardi on Football:

The Jags need to get Derrick Harvey in camp, but not at the expense of overpaying for his services. This article from the Florida Times Union clearly lays out both sides of the story. The missing bit of information, though, is that the agent wants a deal closer to Gholston's and the Jags want a deal closer to Mayo's.
Gholston's deal was done by CAA and Harvey is represented by CAA. So naturally they want a similar deal that looks and feels like the one they have already done.
This one is not going to get settled soon, unless the Jags cave (and I doubt they will). As for the Bengals, when it comes to contracts, it is the same story. The Bengals have their number and won't move or be moved by the deals around them.
