It appears that a bromance has been formulated between Texas A&M and Alabama quarterbacks Johnny Manziel and A.J. McCarron. Once you overlook the fact that they’re competitors and rivals, it kind of makes sense that both the men’s path would consolidate. Manziel and McCarron are both coming off very successful college football campaigns, they both have stunning girlfriends, and they both have to deal with the spotlight and media scrutiny that comes with playing the quarterback position at big programs. Check out their interactions on Twitter courtesy Big Lead Sports. @10ajmccarron TELL EM! — Johnny Manziel (@JManziel2) April 19, 2013   @jmanziel2 always bro! But I’m ready for our trip in may. Hit u up with more Info. Be good bro — AJ McCarron (@10AJMcCarron) April 19, 2013   @10ajmccarron just keep in touch and let me know! Text me if you ever need anything! — Johnny Manziel (@JManziel2) April 19, 2013   Manziel told USA Today Sports that they’ve narrowed down their choices to two locations. No word on if Katherine Webb or Sarah Savage were invited. “We’re either going to Key West or Cancun and will hang out with our other friends,” McCarron told USA TODAY Sports. “Me and him, we don’t ever let that (football talk) bother us. He’s a good friend of mine, and he’s a funny dude.”
