This past Saturday Iowa head football coach Kirk Ferentz joined Hawkeyes wrestling coach Tom Brands (right, the one man in this photo who should be allowed to go out in public shirtless) in taking a chilly Arctic Plunge swim near the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort in Riverside, Iowa. The swim benefited the Hawkeye Wrestling Club. The group supports wrestlers who compete in national and international competition after their college careers are over. Here's some video of the event. And if the sight of a shirtless Kirk Ferentz is more than enough to fill your Nightmare Closet, consider that his half-nakedness was probably the tamest thing seen this past Saturday. I won't scar your retinas here, but if you really are in a masochistic mood, here's a link to more photo coverage of the Arctic Plunge. Don't say I didn't warn you.
