It seems as if Levi Norwood will not be carrying on a family tradition after all. The younger brother of Jordan Norwood, Levi has asked for and granted a release from his LOI with Penn State. His father, Brian Norwood was once the secondary coach for the Nittany Lions from 2001-07 before he was offered and accepted the defensive coordinator position at Baylor.
