Jeremy Schonbrunner has signed with the Philadelphia Soul.
He signed a one-year deal with the Soul. It will be Schonbrunner’s first season in the Arena Football League.
“It is always good to bring in local talent that the fans are familiar with – especially one of Jeremy’s caliber,” said Soul head coach Doug Plank. “He has great size and strength and showed the ability to play at different positions during his collegiate career. That versatility will translate into success and adds depth to our offensive line.”
He played four years at Temple University from 2008 to 2011. He made nine starts at center, while also participating on the punt and field goal units.
He earned the 2010 Mark Bresani Award. In addition, he earned the 2009 Gavin White Local 215 Award, an award that’s given to the most improved non-scholarship player.
