During Wednesday's "Michael Kay Show," Kay and his partner, Don La Greca, spoke about how their show is better than Mike Francesa's Chris Russo-less version and that listeners should encourage their friends to switch the dial from 660 WFAN to 1050 ESPN.
According to Neil Best, Kay and La Greca said their show is basically younger and fresher.
They urged listeners to encourage friends who listen to WFAN to defect. "Time to change," said Kay, who then gave props for the quote to Peter Brady.Yes, Michael, clearly your show is much younger and fresher. What a cutting edge "Brady Bunch" quote you used.
If you're scoring at home, Kay is seven years younger than Francesa.
