USA Today recently released their pre-season high school All-American selections. Michigan Football recruits were prominent on the list as the Wolverines placed 5 of their commits on the team.
2013 Preseason All-Americans
George Campbell (Tarpon Springs, Florida): Campbell was one of just two juniors named to the team. The 6-foot-5, 195 pound wide receiver is ranked as the #3 overall recruit in the 2015 class by ESPN. As a sophomore, Campbell hauled in 30 receptions for 766 yards and 5 touchdowns.
Mason Cole (Tarpon Springs, Florida): Cole is a high school teammate of George Campbell and he checks in at a massive 6-foot-7, 275 pounds.
Drake Harris (Grand Rapids, Michigan): The 6-foot-4, 190 Harris had a sensational junior campaign with 91 catches for 2,016 yards and 23 touchdowns.
Michael Ferns (St. Clairsville, Ohio): Ferns was the first member of Michigan’s 2014 recruiting class. As a junior, the 6-foot-3, 238 pound linebacker recorded 144 tackles and 4 sacks.
