Mizzou will play host to Georgia on September 8th. - (Photo credit: Wikipedia) Gary Pinkel and the Missouri Tigers football team had a very impressive season opening win against the Southeastern Louisiana on Saturday night.  Mizzou rolled to a 62-10 win in their first game in new uniforms, as part of a new conference. Missouri football player trash talks SEC, Big Ten

For some unknown reason (other than money), the University of Missouri decided to inflict pain upon their football program by joining the Southeastern Conference on July 1.  Most would think that the Tigers, who went 8-5 last season in a decent Big XII, would take their lumps in their first season in the SEC.  They will travel to #6 Georgia for a nationally-televised night game...
