Via Diehard Sport:
Vanderbilt Commodores head coach James Franklin was excited after the bowl win, and rightly so. Vanderbilt finishes the season 9-4 and has a chance to finish the season ranked for the first time since 1948. Franklin has done a great job turning the program around.
Franklin also pretended to make out with one of his players during the Music City Bowl:
After Vanderbilt’s senior safety, Eric Samuels, intercepted N.C. State’s Mike Glennon in the second quarter of the Music City Bowl, head coach Franklin went over to his player to show him some love.
Instead of the typical hug or high-five, Franklin went all fake hand over Samuels’ mouth and pretended to kiss him.
