The Juicy Online:
He's taking Alabama to the national championship game, coming in January against Notre Dame, but according to some if he wins his fourth BCS national championship, then most likely head coach Nick Saban could make a run for an NFL... again.Sources, who spoke with the Boston Globe, claims that if he does make a jump from college football to the pros, then it'll be with Michael Lombardi as general manager.Saban, who had a terrible time with the Miami Dolphins going 15-17 (from 2005-06), could make a run for the Cleveland Browns coaching spot, which will MOST LIKELY be open to anyone next season, according to the sources.Saban wouldn't make his decision, on whether to stay with Alabama or leave, until after the national championship game in January. Saban isn't a stranger to the Cleveland Browns, as he was an assistant under Bill Belichick.

With competition right around the corner under a new staff at Arkansas, Alabama Head Coach Nick Saban checked in on running back commit Altee Tenpenny on multiple occasions Monday to see where things stand. Find out how it went inside.
Nick Saban has only been head football coach at Alabama since 2007. That's apparently long enough for the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame, which has announced the induction of Saban and seven other members of its 2013 induction class. Coaching the Crimson Tide to two BCS titles in three years, with a chance to go three for four in the 2013 BCS title game apparently compensates for...
SO IT BEGINS
The BCS National Championship Game pitting No. 1 Notre Dame (12-0) up against No. 2 Alabama (12-1) is still over four weeks away. Alabama Football Coach Nick Saban is among those who have been selected for induction into the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2013.
Nick Saban has long been rumored to be a favorite to return to the NFL. Now that rumor may be even more of a possibility than Alabama fans would like. While Alabama is playing for their third BCS championship in four years, the Boston Globe is reporting that Michael Lombardi could be the next General Manager of the Browns should aggressive new owner Jimmy Haslam decide to make that...
Earlier this year, rumors circulated that Alabama head coach Nick Saban could be a candidate to replace Pat Shurmur in Cleveland. Over the weekend, the rumors resurfaced, this time courtesy of Greg Bedard of the Boston Globe. The most recent report seems to be weightier than earlier speculation, although it is still “connect the dots” [...]
@NDFBEquipment released Heisman finalist Manti Te’o's BCS National Championship jersey that will be worn on January 7, 2013 against Nick Saban’s Alabama Crimson Tide. Notre Dame is looking for it’s first BCS National Championship trophy in the BCS era. Notre Dame played a considerably weaker schedule than Alabama however they emerged with no losses where the Tide had one...
Following the Southeastern Conference Football Championship Game, Alabama Coach Nick Saban noted that his Crimson Tide had not had good injury luck. The start of basketball season at Bama isn't looking too hot, either.
Alabama is No. 1 when it comes to All-Americans. The second-ranked Crimson Tide placed four players on The Associated Press All-America team released Tuesday. Among them was center Barrett Jones, who became a two-time first-team selection.
Greg Bedard of the Boston Globe reports that two NFL sources have informed him that NFL network analyst Michael Lombardi is in fact being considered for the Browns general manager job.
Bedard adds that current Browns’ GM Tom Heckert could “force his way out after the season” if team president Joe Banner starts taking control of specific personnel and financial issues....
It’s no secret that Auburn fans don’t want the Alabama Crimson Tide to win the BCS National Championship over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. We’ve already seen WarIrish t-shirts over at College Football Section and now these pins are showing up. An Auburn student claimed these were being passed around campus. The WarIrish campaign seems to be catching on.
