Last night in the loss, Notre Dame was not only trampled but they lost one of their best players to injury. Kapron Lewis-Moore the massive defensive lineman, injured his knee last night and was in severe pain. Well today Irish Head Coach Brian Kelly confirmed that DE Kapron Lewis-Moore suffered “significant knee injury.”
Lewis- Moore is scheduled to enter the NFL Draft and has a decent draft grade, but with a major injury and coming off of a knee injury in 2011, his draft stock could take a dive like Marcus Lattimore’s will. This could be a steal in the later rounds if he is healthy enough to play.
Sad news today for Notre Dame, as if it wasn’t bad already.

Nobody was sadder than Lou Holtz after Notre Dame’s loss (Video)
Alabama blew out Notre Dame to make the National Championship Game pretty boring, but the rout was almost worthwhile solely because of how much it crushed Lou Holtz. The former Fighting Irish coach was in disbelief after the game. He was defeated. He tried to find the words to explain Notre Dame’s crushing 42-14 defeat, but he couldn’t manage an explanation. “Alabama was...
BCS Championship: Frame by frame of Ha’Sean Clinton-Dix’s fantastic interception
Alabama had no problem with Notre Dame in the BCS Championship Game. Down 28-0 out of halftime, Notre Dame needed to a miracle. Unfortunately for the Irish, their most promising drive of the game to that point ended with a spectacular interveption by Alabama’s Ha’Sean Clinton-Dix.
Clinton-Dix showed great determination in flying in to come up with an interception off a tipped...
Notre Dame embarrasses themselves and proves that Alabama and the SEC are in a different class than everyone else.
The BCS National Championship game is an embarrassment for Notre Dame. Yes there were a few bad calls but this team was dominated from the kickoff. It's not Notre Dames fault, the SEC is obviously so much better than the rest of the country it's actually embarrassing.
The SEC is bigger, stronger and faster than everyone else. Notre Dame has a very good defense and...
Could Notre Dame Beat Vandy?
Serious question – would Notre Dame have finished higher than 5th in the SEC East this year?Okay, maybe it's not such a serious question. Vandy did lose to Northwestern (the week after playing South Carolina tough but losing 17-13)
That said, there is no way that Notre Dame would beat Florida or South Carolina to finish 3rd in the SEC East. Fourth place in the East is...

Happy Hour (Special Edition): 2013 BCS Championship
BCS National Championship Game #1 Notre Dame (12-0) vs. #2 Alabama (12-1) in Miami, Florida Kickoff is just hours away for the most anticipated Notre Dame game I have ever seen. Being an Irish fan for over 20 years now, unfortunately big games have been far and few between. Sometimes I still have to pinch myself that this 12-0 dream season has really occurred. As has been the case...

TV Ratings For Alabama vs. Notre Dame Could Have Been Worse
The BCS National Championship game played on Monday night between Notre Dame and Alabama was expected to break viewership records since the moment it was set. Unfortunately for ESPN’s executives, there were no records broken, but the good news is that it could have been much worse. Considering the fact that Alabama was leading 28-0 after the first half, things could have actually...
Not There Yet
Notre Dame proved throughout 2012 it was back as a national competitor. It proved Monday night in Miami that no program is on par with the all-powerful Alabama Crimson Tide.
