Oakland Raider News: Soft day of practice for the Raiders

The Oakland Raiders practiced today in soft pads after having a two a day yesterday in concert with the 49ers. With it being a single limited practice the news today is a bit limited as well. Apparently, Ricky Brown has taken the lead in the camp battle to be the third linebacker along with Kirk Morrison and Thomas Howard. Darrick Brown and Javon Walker are struggling. Rob already covered the depth chart. JaMarcus Russell has been working on his short game, and the Raiders are getting ready for some football action to start.
