The Ohio State Buckeyes have had some off the field problems during the 2013 offseason.  Leading to the public and media labeling Urban Meyer as "soft" on discipline.  Look for the Buckeyes to move on from the offseason.10. Ohio State once again has the "Little Sisters of the Poor" on their schedule.Former OSU President Gordan Gee once called TCU and Boise State the "Little Sisters of the Poor."  That's funny since Ohio State is playing the likes of Florida A&M and Buffalo in 2013.9. Bradley Roby is in hot water.Bradley Roby was an All-American in 2012.  This year, he might start the first two games on the bench.  Making poor choices can ruin your chance to be great.  Roby should have been a leader this season.  But now he’s becoming an example. 8. Someone on the Buckeyes needs to step up and be a leader.Whether it’s Braxton Miller or linebacker Ryan Shazier, someone needs to be the role model on this team.  Players need to hold other players accountable for on and off the field actions.7. Braxton Miller can't do it all.In 2012 Miller threw for 2,039 yards and ran for 1,271 more, while racking up 28 total touchdowns.  Urban Meyer needs to take a little more of the weight off this young man’s shoulders.6. Carlos Hyde will start every game.Even after his arrest, Hyde should play every game barring injury.  After a video reportedly surfaced showing that Hyde did not assault anyone outside a bar in July, he should be reinstated to the team.  However, Meyer should let Hyde know that he shouldn’t put himself in that situation in the first place.  Hyde should easily pass the 1,000 yard mark.5. The Michigan - Ohio State game will be closer than Buckeye fans want.In 2012, the Buckeyes pulled off a 26-21 win over Michigan at Ohio State.  This year, Ohio State will need to play a lot better in the Big House, but the Buckeyes should win.  But don’t look for it to be 42-10, more like 24-20.4. Urban Meyer will win Big Ten Coach of the Year.If it wasn’t for Tom O’Brien’s awesome job at Penn State in 2012, Urban Meyer would have been the Coach of the Year.  Now that the Buckeyes have served their one year postseason ban, look for them to make a run at the Big Ten Championship and maybe even the BCS Title.3. The Buckeyes won't go undefeated again.A lot of Ohio State fans won’t like this, but they will lose a Big Ten game in 2012.  It might be to Wisconsin, it might be to Michigan.  The Buckeyes play at Northwestern as well and that is no longer a push over game.  I’m not saying that the Buckeyes will lose to the Wildcats, but they should be on upset alert.2. Braxton Miller is a top three candidate for the Heisman.Johnny Football Manziel, Teddy Bridgewater and Braxton Miller should be the top three contenders for this season’s Heisman Trophy.  All three quarterbacks should be electric this season.1. Ohio State will win the Big Ten.I predict that the Buckeyes will go 12-1 and win the Big Ten Championship Game.  If they are lucky, they will play for the last BCS Championship.  However playing in the Rose Bowl would be a nice consolation.
