On Friday, Oregon and Kansas State debuted their Tostito’s Fiesta Bowl Uniforms.
Oregon’s uniform will be while with “feathers” on their shoulders. Apparently, the “feathers” on the shoulder and the numbers change colors depending on which angle they are viewed. From the picture above it appears they will change from silver to green. Oregon hasn’t announced which helmet they will wear to complete this ensemble. Perhaps Chip Kelly is in Eugene, trying on different in front of a full length mirror attempting to find “the right look” for the Ducks appearance in the Fiesta Bowl on January 3rd.
Kansas State is wearing their normal purple jersey.

Several prominent boosters of the Oregon Ducks football program reportedly would not mind if Chip Kelly departed because he apparently is not fan-friendly enough.
Oregon Ducks head coach Chip Kelly has an overall record of 47 – 5 and 3 Pac 10 championships to his name, but that’s not enough for some Duck boosters.
Kelly, who isn’t known as a very fan friendly coach while out doing all the fundraising that’s required of him, has rubbed some people the wrong way in his 4 years as head coach of the Ducks. Kelly would prefer to be in the...
Oregon football coach Chip Kelly said the Ducks have cooperated with the NCAA investigation into the school's use of recruiting services, and he isn't particularly surprised that the process has taken so long.
''They (the NCAA) have a process and a review that they go through and until they make their findings public, we can't really comment on it. But we'...
Chip Kelly may have come up short in his final quest to win a BCS Championship with the Oregon Ducks. After losing the 2011 BCS Championship Game on a last second field goal against Cam Newton and the Auburn Tigers, Kelly’s Ducks dropped a heartbreaking overtime game to the Stanford Cardinal that took them out of national championship contention late this season.
It now appears...

Anxiety in Eugene
To say the NCAA investigation into the University of Oregon football program’s dealings with Willie Lyles has been a long one would be an understatement. And, after the NCAA officially denied Oregon’s request to receive a summary disposition, some key members of the Ducks’ athletic program will appear in a hearing before the NCAA’s committee on infractions...
It was a gloomy week to be a Duck.
Rumors continue to swirl about Chip Kelly leaving for the NFL. Recruiting is stagnant and brackish, the Ducks pursuing 2-star linebackers and unrated defensive linemen as they've gathered the fewest commits in the conference. An 18-game starter on the offensive line and a former Honorable Mention on the PAC-12 All-Academic team, Nick Cody...
Oregon's recruiting infractions haven't received the same national attention as problems at Penn State, Ohio State or Miami, but the Ducks may soon be joining the others on postseason probation. The NCAA's Oregon investigation stems from a $25,000 payment the school made to recruiter Willie Lyles' Complete Scouting Services in 2010, and the apparent impropriety that...
On this episode of The Slant, host Brad Stein is joined by Oregon Sports News writer Casey Mabbott. Topics include the future of Tim Tebow, where Chip Kelly will land in the NFL, and whether Carmelo Anthony should win the MVP.
