The Dallas Cowboys started their spring cleaning early, releasing troubled cornerback Pacman Jones after a failed one year experiment. Jerry Jones has stated that his team must change, and he has vowed that the changes would start with him. He appears to be reconsidering his position of taking on talented, troubled players who come at a discount, much like damaged merchandise at a department store. Pacman Jones never materialized into the big-play player that Jones envisioned. He missed four games due to suspension when he got in a fight with a team-appointed body guard, and he missed another game due to injury. Pacman's career is probably over. No team will want to take a chance on him with his history of problems that seemingly never end.
