South Carolina OLB Melvin Ingram revealed today on Sirius XM radio that he has met with the Jets and is heading to New England to meet with the Patriots. He’s an intriguing prospect in that he can play just about anywhere along the front seven. He’s been at nose tackle, had his hand in the dirt at defensive end, been a stand-up pass rusher, played middle linebacker.
