Just jumping right into it....
Tino Sunseri struggled. That's not particularly surprising, but his ineffectiveness against a middle-tier C-CUSA team was surprising. He was 19 of 28 for only 183 yards. As usual, most of his passes were intermediate routes or screen passes that fail to stretch the defense or take much pressure off the run game. He continued to hold the ball too long and be indecisive in the pocket.

Sunseri and Mark Myers, who saw some mopup duty, were sacked seven times, and Sunseri fumbled once and threw an interception.
"We saw watching [Pitt] on film that [Sunseri] gets a little antsy under pressure," said SMU linebacker Taylor Reed. "He doesn't like pressure at all, and the offensive line doesn't like pressure at all. We knew that [if] we could keep the heat on them they would have a hard day all day."
