One play after Oklahoma's Auston English blindsided Colt McCoy to cause the game's first turnover, the reigning Heisman champ was rocked by blitzing Aaron Williams and immediately reached for the same beleaguered throwing shoulder that occupied so much attention through the first half of the Sooners' disappointing season. Bradford was briefly throwing on the sideline after the injury, but as of the start of the second quarter, he's replaced his helmet with a permanent grimace and apparently yielded to mustachioed backup Landry Jones for the rest of the day; the way Oklahoma's defense is hounding McCoy in the first half, the difference will be academic.
