Report: Skip Holtz Hired at South Florida

The University of South Florida has hired Skip Holtz as its next head football coach, according to Fanhouse.com. Rumored since last week, Holtz will leave East Carolina after five seasons where he amassed a 38-27 record of including trips to four bowl games.
