The University of Memphis football team held a banquet to honor its biggest contributors Friday night at the Holiday Inn on campus. The ceremony, which was sponsored by the Highland Hundred football booster group, took place just five days after Larry Porter was relieved of his coaching duties. He was 2-10 this season and 3-21 in two seasons overall.
