Schiano turn down Michigan

According to sources out of New Jersey, Rutgers head coach Greg Schiano has been offerred the Head Coach position at the Univeristy of Michigan. Word has recently came out that he has turned the position down in order to stay at Rutgers.

  • I understand he actually had the job and turned it down. He chose Rutgers over one of, if not the most presigious college coaching positions in all the land and at his age and he turns it down. LOSER!!

  • i agree. I believe it is just a showing of character for him to keep his word and stay at Rutgers. It would have been very easy for him to leave but chooses to stay and build his home state program.
