Scoops System NCAA football picks better than Sagarin and the "experts"

So overall we are sitting at 52.2% for NCAA football ATS thus far. We are hoping, obviously to get that number closer to 55+% but picking games ATS is NOT easy! Just ask the "Experts", some of whom may you pay for picks. Don't do that nonsense. We are blowing most of them out of the water.
