State of the Texans:
Shawn Williams is a consisten open-field tackler opposite the previously profiled FS Bacarri Rambo. His senior year he had 4 interceptions and has been regarded by coaches as selfless, tough and versatile. Initially making his mark on special teams, becoming a starter toward the end of his sophomore season, Williams was named a team captain his junior year. He has shown leadership when being asked to switch to inside linebacker due to injuries in 2011 and led the team in tackles with 72. What can this diverse background offer in the NFL? We check in with Tyler Dawgden, co-publisher of The Georgia Sports Blog to find out more about Williams.

In any event, it was...
Honestly, and I’m just thinking out loud here, with Josh Harvey-Clemons talking about Todd Grantham potentially using him based on who the Bulldogs play from week-to-week, it made me wonder if we’ll be seeing any elements of the 3-3-5 to go along with Grantham’s 3-4 this season; with Georgia having lost some key personnel up front and in the secondary, using such a scheme,...
