As if things weren't bad enough for South Florida Bulls athletic director Doug Woolard before he returned to his car after Friday night's heart-breaking loss to Central Florida.Woolard left Bright House Networks Stadium feeling down and defeated after his football squad narrowly missed a chance to score an upset over their rivals. This is when he entered the parking lot only to discover the tires on his car had been slashed during the game, too.The UCF Police Department confirmed the vanadalism and said it was investigating the incident. Woolard's car had been parked nearby at the Wayne Densch Sports Center on the UCF campus at the time of the incident.Fortunately, UCF provided Woolard a courtesy car from his drive home from Orlando to Tampa.UCF athletic director Todd Stansbury also acknowledged the vandalism in the following statement on Saturday:I want to publicly apologize to Doug. I'm disappointed and embarrassed that this happened at our facility. We always encourage good sportsmanship and responsible behavior and this was neither. The Black Knights are now 10-1 and find themselves in the driver's seat to earn their first BCS bid in school history with a win in their finale against SMU and/or Cincinnati loss to Louisville next Thursday.Via Eye on College Football
